「ブリーダーさんって、お産の時は何をしているんですか？」
実は、お客様から時々いただくご質問です
もちろん、すべてのブリーダーさんが同じ方法ではありません。
これは私の犬舎でのお産との向き合い方です。
お産が始まると基本的には付きっきりで見守ります。
無事に子犬が生まれても、お産はそこで終わりではありません。
最後の胎盤まで確認し、お母さん犬や子犬たちの様子を見守り続けます。
犬は安産と言われることもありますが、すべてのお産が順調とは限りません。
状況によっては獣医師と相談しながら命を最優先に判断することもあります。
そして何回経験しても、お産には慣れません。
毎回「どうか無事に生まれてきてほしい」と願いながら、新しい命を迎えています。
一頭一頭それぞれの命が本当に大切。
これからも、その子らしく健やかに育っていけるよう一日一日を大切に見守っていきます🐶🤍

What does a breeder do during whelping?
This post shares how I personally care for my dogs during birth.
When labor begins, I stay by the mother’s side and carefully monitor both her and each puppy until the delivery is completely finished.
Every birth is different, and not all deliveries are easy.
Whenever necessary, I work together with my veterinarian and always make decisions with the lives of the mother and puppies as the highest priority.
No matter how many times I experience it, I never take birth for granted.
Every new life is precious, and I will continue to cherish each puppy with love and responsibility.
